TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
(QI YOGA TEACHER
This course will leave you with a deeper personal understanding of yoga
and the ability to teach a safe, positive and productive yoga class. You
will understand and be able to share the spirit of yoga with others.
Course Certification and Accreditation
Qi Yoga School is a registered school with Yoga Alliance USA. Our teacher
training programme and faculty team are internationally accredited, have
exclusive recognition and qualify for the 200-hour Yoga Alliance
Yoga Alliance is an international governing
board for yoga teachers and training programme in the U.S and globally.
Graduates of our programme are automatically eligible to register as a RYT
(Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. Becoming a RYT means having
a higher profile and gaining international recognition as a yoga teacher,
attributes that many hiring studios look for.
Those who have completed the course will receive an internationally
recognised teacher training certification.
The syllabus in accordance with Yoga Alliance USA, is as follows:
Methodology 15 hours
and Physiology 20 hours
Philosophy/ Ethics/ Lifestyle 20 hours
Practicum 25 hours
Non-contact Hours 20 hours
Contact Hours minimum 180 hours

Good physical health and an open mind are the two pre-requisites. It is
preferable that prospective students have some experience of yoga,
though this is not necessary.
For those who are already teachers or who may have practiced before,
leave your preconceptions about yoga aside, bring in an open and
willing-to learn-mindset, this will be a life challenging experience.
Contact hours are at Qi Yoga during the weekend intensives. All
times, content and teaching team are subject to change without notice.
Times for non contact hours are approximate. You will work with and
